 Q: What if I have an injury?

A: modifications will be shown

Q: How do I know if this is for me?

A: If you are a woman wanting to get more active... IT IS!

Q: What if I need to sit.

A: No worries, let the instructor know via email or when you arrive and she will have a sitting box available which you can use to during the workout.

Q. What if I have never worked out before

A: So many that come to class have not been before! This community is for you!

Q: What classifies a woman as CURVEE?

A: Being a woman and wanting a place where you feel comfortable to get active qualifies you!
